Porto Cervo, Capriccioli and Costa Smeralda’s bays reveal Gallura’s celebrated coast. Nearby, San Pantaleo invites a slower pace among houses beneath granite peaks. Around Arzachena, archaeological sites and vineyards complete the landscape: a distinctive home also draws its character from its surroundings.
The sea, granite and villages of Gallura
Sardinia Magazine’s itinerary crosses a landscape where the bays of Romazzino and Liscia Ruja connect with Porto Cervo. The sea is the first attraction, but Gallura’s character also emerges through Mediterranean architecture, granite formations and routes leading inland to Arzachena’s vineyards and archaeological sites.
San Pantaleo offers a more intimate perspective: a village beneath the rocks, best explored slowly. Further into Gallura, towards Aggius, Tempio Pausania and Monte Limbara, the journey encounters workshops, weaving and wooded landscapes. This proximity between celebrated places and quieter settings gives a home possibilities beyond a summer holiday.
Your way of living
and travelling.
Start with the way you want to live: proximity to the sea, a peaceful setting, outdoor space or easy access to village life. A villa on a headland and a home tucked beside a bay offer different experiences.
